The impeler ofthe airine pumpis irectlyinstaled onthe motor rotor,which is completely non-contact compression.Duetothe instalation ofthe shalt outidethe compression chamber, even under the maximum pressure diference, it can ensure the maximum working reliability of the machinery.
The gas is sucked in by the air inlet 1,but after it enters the side channe!2, the rotatingimpeller3 gives the gas a velocityin the direction ofrotation, and the centrifugalforceon the blade causes the gas to be connected outward and the pressure to increase.
As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy ofthe gasincreases,furtherincreasingthe gas pressure alongthe side channe. As the side channel narows at the outlet,gas issqueezed out of the blades and discharged from the pump body through the air outlet 4.
